In AbaNinja, customer documents are now watermarked to clearly indicate their status and avoid confusion.
New feature overview
- Customer documents in draft status (e.g., invoices, quotes, orders, delivery notes) are now automatically watermarked with “DRAFT” as long as they have not yet been sent.
- Customer documents that are permanently canceled are marked with the watermark “CANCELED.”
How you benefit
- The current status of a document is immediately visible on the PDF, which simplifies internal collaboration and communication with customers.
- Confusion between drafts and documents that have already been sent or canceled is reduced, and process errors are specifically prevented.
The feature is now automatically available in your AbaNinja account. No additional activation is required.
