We distinguish between modules that are charged at a fixed price in advance and modules that are charged dynamically (retroactively) depending on use..
The modules at the fixed and dynamic price are each billed in a separate invoice.
Fixed price
The add-on module can be tested at no charge for 30 days.
An exception is the additional module "Large", which includes an increase in data volume for growing companies. As no further functions are activated here, this module is charged directly.
How are the additional, fee-based modules invoiced?
- After the free trial period of 30 days, you will be automatically invoiced
- If the additional module is activated on 10.mm.yyyy, 2/3 of the price is charged on the 10th of the next month, thereafter the full price is always charged on the 1st
- Paid in advance; if a module is deactivated, it remains activated for the paid period (also test period)
Dynamic price (Outlook)
There are modules which are charged dynamically according to use, as can be seen from the description when activating the additional modules in the Swiss21 portal.
Example:
AbaSalary - Additional payroll settlements
The free basic version of AbaSalary includes the payslips for seven employees. If the add-on module "Additional Payroll Settlements" is activated, additional payroll settlements are charged retroactively to the end of the month.
AbaNinja - AbaNet
The AbaNet module can be activated at a fixed price of CHF 9.- for the AbaNet dispatch of 21 invoices per month. If more than 21 invoices per month are sent via AbaNet, CHF 0.40 per invoice will be charged retroactively at the end of the month.
SmartWe - Additional CRM User
The free basic version of SmartWe includes two users. If additional CRM users are required, the additional module "Additional CRM users" can be activated. Depending on the number of active CRM users, a corresponding fee is charged at the end of the month.
