How does Swisscom VOIP telephony via LeanSync Voice work in AbaNinja? - Beta

In order to support you even better in your daily work, we offer, in cooperation with Swisscom, the possibility to accept incoming calls directly in AbaNinja or to start outgoing calls.

The only prerequisite is the use of the inOne SME-Pakets.

Outgoing calls

Start calls directly from AbaNinja by clicking on the phone number of the business partner. The call is automatically started via Business Communication App (Desktop or mobile). More

Accept incoming calls

If you receive a call from an existing contact while working in AbaNinja, you can accept the call and jump to the business partner's profile with just one click. This way you can immediately see all details such as open invoices, offers or payments. More
