Introduction
This module allows shop customers to rate products. A comparable score and a comment will be given. Depending on the configuration, the evaluation of products is allowed before or after the purchase of a product. You can use your own graphics for the ratings and thus adapt the display to your own corporate design.
This module is optionally available for the webshop of 21.COMMERCE and must be purchased separately.
After installing the module you will find it in the shop administration under ‘Marketing’ > ‘Article Reviews’.
Customer page
We are now looking at a valuation run on the customer side. At least one item was purchased by a customer in the shop. This can now be evaluated after the purchase.
The number of open (still pending) reviews and the reviews already submitted are displayed in the customer account of the shop customer. This means that only recurring customers can give ratings, i.e. only those customers who have assigned themselves a login and password.

The customer can now enter a rating under Open ratings. The feedback given is taken over in the shop, the customer sees a feedback display:

Now the article has received a rating. Depending on the configuration (see corresponding chapter), the rating given for the article is now displayed.

Administration of articles with ratings
The shop operator can have a limited influence on the ratings of his articles. This is very important so that negative or incorrect ratings are not maliciously displayed in the shop.
In the shop administration click on ‘Article’ > ‘Edit article’ and select the desired article. Here you can see by means of a box that the displayed article has received one or more ratings.

If you click on the link ‘Article rating’, all ratings including control buttons will appear:

Here you can see in detail which ratings were given when and with which comment. You can also reset (re-evaluate) or remove the ratings.
Article ratings evaluation
So that the shop administrator can also carry out evaluations, there is also the correspondingly titled entry in the main menu. This takes you to the evaluation screen of this module. There you can view and analyze all the reviews of the shop. In the shop administration change to ‘Marketing’ > ‘Article Rating’.
For example, you can sort by different fields - e.g. the most rated article or the article with the highest / lowest rating. The articles are directly linked.
In addition, text filters can be set to Rating and Comments, so you can search for words in all ratings or only display ratings with a 1 or a 5.
The administrator can also delete ratings here.

With a click on the button ‘Recalculate article ratings’ the rating average of each article in the shop with ratings is recalculated. This is important if, for example, value assignments have been deleted.
