When does a product in the warehouse count as reserved?

The reservation of a product is based on the document history. A product in stock is considered reserved in the following cases.

1. Order from “Draft” status to “Converted” status
2. Invoice from “Draft” status to “Converted” status
3. Delivery bill in draft status

If a delivery bill is sent, a stock issue is automatically added and the number of reserved units is recalculated.

Note
If a delivery bill exists in the document history, the reservations are based on this delivery bill.
