Data import

Are you switching to AbaNinja from another software and want to import your addresses into your account? Under Settings > Master data > Data Import/Export you can import your addresses into AbaNinja with the help of our templates.

Note:

• To ensure a smooth import, please download our templates and fill them in with your address data.
• We ask you not to import files that were created in a third-party system.
• To avoid import errors, it is best to import business and private addresses separately.
  • Please pay close attention to the field allocations.
• Existing addresses with identical customer numbers will be updated by the import. Therefore, be sure not to overwrite other existing addresses.
• Only the predefined import fields are available. No additional fields can be added.
• Please note that no statistical data (customer turnover, etc.) can be imported..
