How do I activate payment processing via TWINT or credit card (Stripe)?

It is possible to enable your customers to pay invoices via TWINT or by credit card.

Prerequisite

To be able to offer this payment option in AbaNinja, you need an account with Stripe (online payment service). You will find an API key in your Stripe account, which is required for the connection in AbaNinja.

Activating the connection

You can set up the connection in AbaNinja under Settings > Customer portal > Payment service provider (PSP).

Start the connection via the “Configure” button on the “Stripe” payment provider tile.Then enter the API key from Stripe and confirm this entry by clicking the “Test authentication” button. AbaNinja tests the connection and automatically redirects you to the page with the configuration of the payment options.

Configure whether Stripe is active as a payment provider and which payment methods are permitted for your customers.

Customer portal

After activation, the desired payment methods are immediately available to all customers in the customer portal. When you click on “TWINT” or “Credit card”, you will be redirected to Stripe to execute the payment.
