Are there templates for importing products?

Are you switching to AbaNinja from another software and want to import your products into your account? Under Settings > Master data > Data Import/Export you can import your products into AbaNinja with the help of our templates.

Note:

• To ensure a smooth import, please download our templates and fill them in with your product data.
• We ask you not to import files that were created in a third-party system.
• Please pay close attention to the field allocations.
• Alternatively, the ISO code can be used to assign the unit.
  • In this case, please check the units available in AbaNinja under Settings > Master data > Products > Units of measure.
• Existing products with identical product numbers will be updated by the import. Therefore, be sure not to overwrite other existing products.
• Only the predefined import fields are available. No additional fields can be added.
• Please note that no statistical data (turnover, availability etc.) can be imported..
