Simulate payroll settlement

Our payroll accounting application 21.AbaSalary has a tool called "Simulate payroll settlement". This allows you to simulate a payroll run to see if everything has been calculated correctly without having to create the actual payroll run.

To access this tool, simply go to the personnel master of the employee in question and open the options list (3 dots at the top right) > Simulate payroll settlement:

Please note the following:

If the employee has an irregular salary and no hours have yet been recorded, the salary simulation will not work correctly. In order for certain deductions to be displayed, you must activate a regular wage.

Otherwise, insurances that are directly linked to working hours, such as accident insurance, cannot be displayed without the hours worked actually having been recorded.

If you come across a discrepancy in the payroll accounting simulation, please let us know.

We recommend that you go directly to the effective settlement in the "Settlement" tab in order to obtain a result that is as close to reality as possible.

Please note that you can delete and change a billing simulation at any time as long as you are still in the current month and the status is not yet set to "Definitive".

If the month has already been processed, you can no longer create a billing simulation for this month.
