How does the selection of the year affect the opening of AbaSalary?

When AbaSalary is set up, i.e. when you open the application for the first time, the programme prompts you to select the year with which you want to open the application.

The choice of year depends on what you want to do.

Do you want to work in the current year?

• You have the possibility to work from January of the current year.

or

Do you want to enter data for an earlier year in the programme?

• Then open AbaSalary with the year in which you want to work (2021 at the earliest) and select the coming year for the last option.

or

Do you want to open the application for use in a future year?

• You can only work in the future year and not in the current year.

The year selected when opening AbaSalary is based on the year in which the company was founded. Therefore, it will only be possible to process the data from the year of founding and not to open an earlier year during the process.
