The LOB deduction is calculated automatically using the rates you enter under Company > Insurance > Occupational benefits - Pension fund.
You must therefore adjust the contribution rates in the age table according to your insurance contract.
The rates entered here may only apply to the employer side. The application will then perform the calculation automatically for the employee side.
Please note that only one LOB insurance contract is possible. If you have mandatory + non-mandatory insurance according to your insurance contract, you must calculate the amount yourself and enter it manually in the employee's salary data using the "BVG deduction fixed" wage types:

According to the Swiss Social Security Act, the entry threshold for entitlement to LOB contributions is CHF 22,050 per year or CHF 1,837.50 per month in 2023.
As long as the employee has not reached this entry threshold, no LOB contributions are due.
You can view the calculation values at any time via Company > Insurance > Show calculation values.
Our app is constantly updated by our developers whenever there are changes and adjustments to the contribution rates and calculation values.
If you are not sure how the app calculates the BVG contributions during the billing process, our support team will be happy to help!
