Accounting

Purchase tax

With the new purchase tax function, AbaNinja improves the handling of purchases from abroad. This fee-based extension allows you to enter VAT rates as a reference tax rate directly in the settings. For supplier documents with a foreign sender address, you can now easily select the corresponding reference tax rate. This function considerably simplifies the correct tax treatment of cross-border transactions and helps you to remain compliant at all times.

Improved foreign currency postings

The new update makes working with foreign currencies much easier. You can now enter amounts in both your base currency and the respective foreign currency. AbaNinja automatically calculates the exchange rate. This improvement not only increases the accuracy of your bookkeeping, but also saves valuable time during data entry.

Customer portal

Personalization

With this update, the AbaNinja customer portal becomes a powerful tool for your branding. This fee-based function offers extensive personalization options:

Integrate your own logo for a consistent brand presence.
Adapt the colors of buttons and links to your corporate design.
Decide flexibly which content you want to present to your customers - from a complete view to a pure PDF presentation.
Control the comment function according to your wishes - activate or deactivate the option for customers to read or write comments.

TWINT integration

To offer your customers even more flexibility when paying, we have integrated TWINT into our payment system. This popular payment method can now be connected via Stripe, giving your customers an additional, convenient payment option and thus increasing customer satisfaction.

Suppliers

Simplified approval

The voucher approval process has been fundamentally optimized. In addition to the familiar option of saving vouchers, we are introducing a new “Release” button. This is available to all users who are authorized to release vouchers. This eliminates the need to use a separate selection field for release or to select the “Release yourself” option. This simplification speeds up the approval process considerably and reduces potential sources of error.

Payments

API

We are working intensively on the development of a powerful API for payments. This paid feature is currently in a closed beta test phase. The API promises seamless integration of payment processes into your existing systems and workflows. Interested customers are invited to sign up to participate in this exclusive test phase. Your experience and feedback will contribute significantly to the design and optimization of this future-oriented function.
