The update on 4. of July 2025 implemented enhancements and improvements in the following areas.

• Time > Service entry
• Settings > E-mail sender

Service entry

If you change the time or duration in the performance recording area, the other two fields are automatically adjusted accordingly. This means that, for example, if you change the number of hours, the start or end time is calculated and updated directly, and vice versa. This link saves you manual calculations and ensures consistent and correct time and performance recording.

E-mail sender

You can now connect your own email server based on Microsoft 365 (GraphAPI) directly.

This feature allows you to send emails securely and efficiently via your own Microsoft 365 account using AbaNinja. This gives you the benefit of improved deliverability. Your existing service and personal email address remain unchanged, while you can continue to use the familiar processes in AbaNinja.
