SamurAI - The New AI Assistant
With the introduction of the SamurAI chatbot, AbaNinja has reached a milestone in the field of intelligent user assistance. SamurAI allows you to interact directly with the software via chat and perform tasks intuitively.
You can, for example, create addresses, products, time stamps, and services without using the classic input masks. This dialog-based user guidance makes accounting much more intuitive and faster.
Below are three typical examples of how you can use SamurAI in your daily life.
- "Create an invoice for Max Mustermann with 3 hours of service."
SamurAI creates a new invoice, selects the address "Max Mustermann," and adds a position with 3 hours of the defined service. - "New product 'book' for 20 francs."
SamurAI creates a new item in the product management with the name "book" and sets the price to 20 CHF without having to manually open the product mask. - "Send invoice R0001 by email."
SamurAI searches for the invoice with the number R0001 and immediately triggers the email dispatch if a valid recipient address is stored.

- SamurAI supports you in performing tasks. Questions about AbaNinja are answered by the new AI Helpdesk.
- SamurAI works dialog-based and automatically asks for important information if it is still missing for an action.
- For example, if you write: "Create an invoice with 3 hours of service," without specifying a customer, SamurAI will ask for which address the invoice should be created.
- The same applies to "New product for 20 francs" - if the product name is missing, SamurAI will ask you for the designation before creating the product.
- This way, the assistant ensures that processes are carried out correctly and completely without you having to search for the right masks or check fields yourself.
New Helpdesk and AI-assisted support
In addition, the helpdesk has been completely overhauled and equipped with an updated and expanded knowledge database and an optimized user interface that matches the structure of AbaNinja.
On this basis, AbaNinja now offers a chatbox for help articles. You can now chat directly with the help articles, with your questions being understood and answered in real time. This creates an adaptive support system.
