Settings
1. Company – API Tokens
AbaNinja now provides API tokens to combine AbaNinja programmatically with any application.
In order to gain access to the data interface of AbaNinja, such tokens can now be created under Settings > Company > API Tokens.
Note:
Immediately after the token is created, it must be copied; for security reasons, there is no possibility of doing this later.
Requirements:
- This function is only available with a paid subscription
2. Accounting – Currency – Rounding CHF
It is now possible to adjust the rounding of the currency CHF under Settings > Accounting > Currency. If rounding is deactivated, the amounts are rounded to the nearest 0.01 CHF. The set rounding applies to offers, orders, credit notes as well as invoices.
3. Accounting – VAT – new tax rates (8.1%, 3.8%, 2.6%)
Due to the Swiss VAT rate adjustment effective 01.01.2024, the tax rates 8.1%, 3.8% and 2.6% are now available as standard.
Customers
4. Customer documents - Quantity - 4 decimal places
For customer documents, the quantity can now be entered to up to 4 decimal places.
The quantity with the respective decimal places is also visible on all PDF documents.
Accounting
5. VAT settlement - Balance/flat-rate tax in half years
The balance/flat-rate tax method can now be calculated in half years. For this, two consecutive quarters must be calculated with the balance/flat rate tax.
Note:
Only the quarters of the first and second half-year are combined. It is not possible to combine the second and third quarters into one half-year.
